1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and Assignment Genius Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15000000), trading as Assignment Genius Pro (“we”, “us”). They govern your use of the demo.fusionaurastudio.com website and any services we provide through it.

By using our website, submitting an order, or communicating with our team, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Who can use our services

You may use our services only if:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country of residence;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales;
• You are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable law.

3. Nature of our services — study aid only

All work we deliver is provided as a model answer, study reference or learning aid. It is intended to help you understand how a competent response to your brief might be structured, researched and written. You agree that you will not submit our deliverables (in whole or in part) as your own work to any academic institution.

We actively support academic integrity. If your institution has rules about the use of third-party study materials, you are responsible for complying with them. Please read our Fair Use Policy for further detail.

4. Placing an order

1. You submit your requirements through our order form or WhatsApp / email.
2. We review the brief and send you a written quote.
3. A binding contract is formed only when you confirm the quote and settle the agreed payment.
4. Any change in scope after confirmation may result in a revised quote.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete information about the brief, deadline, level, referencing style and any supporting materials.

5. Pricing, VAT and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. You may pay by card, bank transfer or any other method we offer at checkout. Full payment must be cleared before work begins, unless we have explicitly agreed a milestone plan in writing.

6. Delivery

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your work by the deadline you selected. Deadlines are calculated from the moment payment is received and all briefing information is in our hands. If we believe a deadline is at risk, we will contact you as soon as possible to agree next steps.

7. Revisions

You are entitled to 14 days of free revisions on the original brief from the moment of delivery. Revision requests must be aligned with the original instructions; substantial changes in scope are treated as a new order and priced accordingly.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, refunds may be available where we materially fail to deliver, where a late delivery genuinely prejudices your use of the work, or where a plagiarism claim is substantiated by a Turnitin report.

9. Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, we assign to you the copyright in the bespoke deliverable, subject to (a) our retained right to keep a copy for internal quality assurance and training, and (b) your agreement that the deliverable is for personal study only and will not be resold, reshared or submitted as your own work to any institution.

All underlying templates, research methodologies, software and website content remain the property of Assignment Genius Pro Ltd and are protected by UK and international IP law.

10. Customer obligations

• Use the work only as a study aid or model reference, consistent with our Fair Use Policy.
• Do not share your account, download links or delivered files with third parties.
• Do not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
• Treat our writers, editors and support staff courteously at all times.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the total fees you paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss of grades, academic standing, scholarship or similar, which are matters between you and your institution.

12. Confidentiality and privacy

We treat every order confidentially. Writers are bound by NDA and can see only the information they need. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse service if you breach these Terms, attempt to mislead us about the nature of your order, or behave abusively toward our staff.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page tells you when the latest version was published. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident in another UK jurisdiction you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
