• Identity & contact data — name, email, phone number, WhatsApp handle.
• Order data — subject, level, deadline, word count, briefing notes, uploaded files.
• Transaction data — amounts paid, invoice references (we do not store full card numbers; payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers).
• Technical data — IP address (hashed before storage), browser, device, referring URL, pages viewed.
• Marketing preferences — your consent choices for cookies and email communication.

• Writers & editors assigned to your order (bound by NDA; they only see what is needed).
• Technology providers (hosting, email delivery, plagiarism checking) under contracts that meet UK GDPR standards.
• Payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) who process your card data directly — we only receive a transaction reference.
• Authorities where we are legally required to disclose, e.g. HMRC or law enforcement.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

• Contact-form enquiries that do not lead to an order: 12 months.
