We want you to be genuinely happy with the work you receive. This Refund Policy sets out the specific circumstances in which we will refund you, how to claim, and how quickly we will respond. It works alongside our Terms of Service and your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
1. Your statutory rights
As a UK consumer, you are entitled to services performed with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits those rights. If something goes wrong, our first step is always to put it right.
2. Situations where we issue a refund
a. We fail to deliver
If we fail to deliver your order by the agreed deadline and we cannot agree a reasonable extension with you, you are entitled to a 100% refund.
b. Late delivery causes you loss
If we deliver late but you can still use the work, we will offer a partial refund on a sliding scale:
- Up to 30 minutes late: credit toward your next order (£5).
- 30 minutes – 4 hours late: 10% refund.
- 4 – 24 hours late: 20% refund.
- Over 24 hours late: up to 50% refund, agreed case by case.
c. Plagiarism
If a Turnitin report shows unoriginal content above 15% (excluding quotations, references and appendices), and the plagiarism is attributable to the writer’s work, we will re-write the affected sections free of charge. If you prefer, you may request a refund of up to 100%, depending on severity.
d. Clear quality failure
If the deliverable does not meet the brief in a substantial way and cannot be fixed via our free revisions process, we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the scope of the issue.
e. Double payment / technical error
Any duplicate charges or technical billing errors are refunded in full within 5 working days of being reported.
3. Situations where a refund is not available
- Change of mind after a writer has started the work (we will, however, always try to agree a fair partial credit).
- Dissatisfaction where the brief was unclear or incomplete and we worked from what was provided.
- Cases where you failed to respond to writer queries, causing the delay.
- Grades awarded by your institution — we provide study aids, not guarantees of a specific grade.
- Submission of our deliverable as your own work (which is a breach of our Fair Use Policy).
4. How to claim a refund
- Email support@assignmentgeniuspro.co.uk from the address you used to order, with your order reference in the subject line.
- Describe the issue and attach any supporting evidence (e.g. Turnitin report, email history).
- We will acknowledge within 1 working day and aim to issue a decision within 7 working days.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 3–10 working days depending on your bank. We do not offer cash refunds.
6. Disputes and escalation
If we cannot reach agreement, you may escalate to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or, as a last resort, take the matter to the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
